Do you stock products that are tested on animals?
At Addicted we value all creatures as much as we value our customers. We do not use nor approve of the use of products that have been tested on animals.
In this spirit we do not offer products that have been tested on animals for sale on our site. We also prefer to work only with those companies that share this philosophy.
We offer you peace of mind that none of the great products you see for sale here are tested on animals.

I received an order in the mail and it is damaged. What do I do?
If you are unhappy about the products, service, or anything else during your stay, please LET US KNOW. We will try to resolve any issues you may have.
Our customers are most important to us, and we value your input. We want to create a happy relationship with every single customer and keep them addicted.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items if you have changed your mind, so please order carefully.

What types of payment options do you have?
We understand that some people are wary about giving their credit card details over the internet; we would like to assure you that it is perfectly safe to do so on our secure site.
However, we still have multiple payment options available to cater for everyone’s needs!
Our customers can;
1. Pay online at the time of placing your order.
2. Pay by phone. Simply check the “pay by phone” option when you checkout. We will call you and process your card over the phone.
3. Pay by post. Simply check the “pay by post” option when you checkout. You will be asked to print the order form and send it to us.
4. Pay by fax. Simply check the “pay by fax” option when you checkout. You will be asked to print the order form and fax it to us.
Please be advised there may be a slight delay in processing orders that are not conducted online. This is due to banking issues. We will process your order as soon as possible and let you know as soon as it has been sent.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated on the weight of your order.
You can see how much shipping is by pressing 'checkout' when your items are in your cart.
Because we ship to so many countries, we found this to be the easiest way to for people to find out the shipping.
When the site becomes more popular, the inclusion of up-to-the-minute shipping charges will be one of the first changes we make to the site.
